All the work that goes into your event

On the day of any event i get up at 4am to then get ready to go to my local butchers in reading i will get the spike all sanitised then will start beging spiking the pig up will this will take ruffley 45 minutes then it will get rapped up and placed in there walk in fridge. By this time i can collect the rolls from tilehurst famous backery wearings. We then get back to our unit load the van with all the eqipment. Then depending on the time of the evet we iver leave straight away or we wait until we have to leave we always leave 30 minutes urly for a event.
